Commissioning Agent Services VA Medical Center West Los Angeles CA The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Construction and Facilities Management is seeking to retain a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Commissioning Agent in the upgrade of Boiler Plant by replacement at the West los Angeles VA Medical Center. The project will replace the existing steam plant currently located on the North Campus. The new facility is approximately 12,500 BGSF two -story facility, including 4 700 boiler horsepower firetube boilers, supporting mechanical equipment, plant operations room, storage, and administrative offices. Boiler plant will be located on the South Campus and will be designed to serve both the North and South Campuses.
