Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Environmental Consultant Services IDIQ contract for the Office of Construction & Facilities Management under NAICS 541620. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM), requires services in the fields of environmental and historic compliance, analysis, planning, and documentation at various VHA, NCA, and VBA locations throughout the country and US territories. VA requires on-going technical support of its environmental and historic preservation compliance activities to provide timely project assistance to VA staff across the country. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor and equipment for Environmental/Historic Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The multiple year IDIQ will consist of a fixed five (5) year ordering period from date of contract(s) award.
