The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest for approximately 1,200 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) Square Feet of existing Dental Space in Charleston, South Carolina. Notice: This advertisement is a notice of a potential opportunity. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources and suitable locations and is not intended to pre-qualify or disqualify any potential offers. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this advertisement. A solicitation may or may not be issued at a later date. VA seeks to lease up to four dental suites comprised of approximately 1,200 ABOA square feet of existing dental and support space within the delineated area identified within the attachment. All interested parties are invited to respond to this announcement no later than August 30, 2019 at 2:00pm PDT. Responses shall include the information requested within the attachment and be submitted via email to amanda.simmons2@va.gov by the stated deadline in order to be considered.
