The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest for 32,400 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) Square Feet of Administrative Space in Manchester, New Hampshire. The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources and suitable locations and is not intended to pre-qualify or disqualify any potential offers. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this advertisement. A solicitation may or may not be issued at a later date. VA seeks to lease approximately 32,400 ABOA square feet of existing medical administration and support space and 100 parking spaces within the delineated area identified within the attachment. All interested parties are invited to respond to this announcement no later than August 26, 2019 at 12:00pm PDT. Responses shall include the information requested within the attachment and be submitted via email to amanda.simmons2@va.gov by the stated deadline in order to be considered.
