In conjunction with Public Law 109-461, the Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) are seeking vendors in the following: Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by an e-mail response. No presentations will be scheduled. CFM is conducting market research to lease office space at the New Bern National Cemetery in New Bern, NC 28560, Craven County, State of North Carolina. The following requirements are as follows: New Bern National Cemetery FBO AD Background: Background and Proposed Action U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs ( VA ) intends to lease office space at the New Bern National Cemetery in New Bern, NC 28560, Craven County, State of North Carolina. Scope National Cemetery Administration intends to lease the office for up to 10 years. NAICS Code 531190 Product Code 5276 Objectives The proposed lease is an initiative with NCA to utilize vacant NCA lodges and generate revenue for National Cemetery repairs. All revenue will be sent to NCA Finance office. Tasks To allow Lessee the use of vacant office space for the use of only VA approved office uses. Delivery The VA National Cemetery Administration seeks expressions of Interest for 1,600 Net Usable Square Feet of lease office space. The leased premises are located at New Bern National Cemetery at 1711 National Ave, New Bern, NC 28560. Expressions of interest are due not later June 15, 2019. The lease terms may be up to 10 years with annual payments. Security Requirements Any access to leased land must be accessed through public roads only. Place of Performance New Bern National Cemetery Period of Performance Proposed Outlease will be for up to 10 years.
