In conjunction with Public Law 109-461, the Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) are seeking vendors in the following: Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by an e-mail response. No presentations will be scheduled. CFM is conducting market research to lease office space at the Glendale National Cemetery in Henrico, VA 23231. The following requirements are as follows: Background: U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs ( VA ) intends to lease office space at the Glendale National Cemetery in Henrico, VA 23231, County, State of Virginia. Scope National Cemetery Administration intends to lease the office for up to 10 years. NAICS Code 531190 Product Code X1AA Objectives The proposed lease is an initiative with NCA to utilize vacant NCA lodges and generate revenue for National Cemetery repairs. All revenue will be sent to NCA Finance office. Tasks To allow Lessee the use of vacant office space for the use of only VA approved office uses. Delivery The VA National Cemetery Administration seeks expressions of Interest for 1,600 Net Usable Square Feet of lease office space. The leased premises are located at Glendale National Cemetery at 8301 Willis Church Rd, Henrico, VA 23231. The lease terms may be up to 10 years with annual payments. The attachment A is depicting the location of the leased space. Government-Furnished Property NCA will provide approximately 1,600 square feet of vacant office space at the Glendale National Cemetery 8301 Willis Church Rd, Henrico, VA 23231. Security Requirements Any access to leased property must be accessed through public roads only. Place of Performance Glendale National Cemetery 8301 Willis Church Rd, Henrico, VA 23231. Period of Performance Proposed Out-lease will be for up to 10 years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531190 Lessors of Other Real Property, with a Small Business Size Standard of $2.5 million.
