The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research, and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Intent of this notice is to determine industry interest that possess the ability to deliver the desired objectives and outcomes enclosed. To migrate the existing separate PACS, Camera, and Duress systems to a stand-alone system outside and apart from the VBA network infrastructure while maintaining or exceeding current capabilities. Include a software that integrates all aspects of our PACS, camera, alarm, and duress systems into a single configurable Graphical User Interface. Software will provide hardware monitoring and diagnostic capabilities. Provide a continuing service agreement encompassing remote and physical technical support services with a response window of four hours of notification and resolution to full functionality of all systems with 8 hours of response. Full functionality of system within 12 hours of notification to the contractor. Solution shall include a training plan for initial certification in the full use and administration of the software system with training materials and procedures to maintain coherency through personnel changes.
