Sources Sought The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement for Office Furniture (NAICS: 337214; FSC: 7110) for the San Diego CA VA Regional Office (VARO). The requirement is to furnish 5 Floors (120,209 RSF or 102,541 ABOA-SF) of a new leased space to include offices, cubicles, conference rooms and training rooms for approximately 730 employees. Requirement also includes installation. This requirement will be above the SAT with a ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The VA is interested in conducting a Small Business (SB) Set Aside. We would first consider a SDVOSB/VOSB Set Aside but may also consider another SB Set Aside depending on the responses to this Sources Sought. Therefore, please respond to this Sources Sought if your company is a SB and can comply with FAR 19.505 (Limitations on Subcontracting and NonManufacturer Rule). To be eligible your company would need to either comply with FAR 19.505(b)(1)(ii) [Limitations on subcontracting; supplies or products] or FAR 19.505(c) [Nonmanufacturer rule]. To qualify as a nonmanufacturer , please acknowledge that your company meets all four stipulations in FAR 19.505(c)(1)(i), FAR 19.505(c)(1)(ii), FAR 19.505(c)(1)(iii), and FAR 19.505(c)(1)(iv). Please also provide your full company name, contact information and SAM UEI. Though you may qualify to the above, please confirm that your business can also perform in a timely manner for delivery and installation to be completed by around 6/30/2024. Unduly long production times will need to be addressed and may not be acceptable. This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All firms responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award.
