INTRODUCTION: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to determine the availability and the associated Vendors size category. This sources sought is to determine which sources are available to determine the best type of Small Business Set Aside would apply. This requirement is for a Commercial Commodity for which the Nonmanufacturer Rules applies. For a firm to qualify as a small business concern for a requirement to provide manufactured products, or other supply items as a nonmanufacturer, they need to meet all four components of 13 CFR 121.406 (b)(1). SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: To be considered, a Vendor needs to meet the four components of 13 CFR 121.406 (b)(1). SOURCES SOUGHT: The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 335210 (Small Electrical Appliance Manufacturing), with the corresponding size standard of 1,500 Employees.
