Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the interior renovation and refinishing of the OIG Houston VARO Space Renovation as required by drawings and specifications. This an amendment to this solicitation that the response date and time has been changed from August 24, 2023 to September 5, 2023.

Such services shall be considered as advisory to the Government and shall not be construed as expressing or implying a contractual act of the Government without affirmations by the VBA Contract Officer or their duly authorized representative. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M. All work shall be completed within Three Hundred Ninety (300) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This includes final inspection, punch-list, and clean-up.
