THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Benefits Administration, Huntington Regional Office, 640 Fourth Ave. Huntington, WV 25701 has a requirement for a Quarterly Audio Visual System Preventative Maintenance Program to begin upon award. Services must be completed by a QSC Certified Representative with access to factory provided software support and upgrades. The applicable NAICS code is 541519. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Business with price evaluation preference IAW VAAR 852.215-70. Eligible Veteran Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses must have valid registration at the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website (http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) as well as registration at the System for Award Management, website (http://sam.gov/). Both company profiles must be registered under the applicable NAICS codes to be considered responsive. It is anticipated a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities within two (2) business days.
