Pre-Solicitation This notice announces the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Veteran Readiness and Rehabilitation and Employment Division, VA Regional Office, 477 Michigan Avenue, Detroit, MI 48226 to issue a solicitation for Local Discrete Services which will be provided to eligible veterans throughout the State of Michigan. The services shall include Independent Living Assessments as well as Life Skills Coaching. The Solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Services to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 624310 with a size standard of $11 Million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about February 7, 2022 on Contract Opportunities at http://beta.sam.gov. To be eligible for contract award, responding contractors must be verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business at the time the quote is received and must have the applicable NAICS code in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ registered in System for Award Management (SAM), and must a have a valid Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number. Solicitation Number is RFQ 36C10E22Q0036 and will be available on or about February 7, 2022.
