NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Size Standard is $36.5 Million. Product Service Code Y1DZ This is a construction solicitation that will use the trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 12, 2021. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the System of Award Management (SAM) web-site at beta.SAM.gov | Home At the time of proposal submission, contractors must have current registration/certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.SAM.GOV and VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov . Proposals of contractors not registered/certified in both databases will not be considered for award. Green Environmental Management System (GEMS) - Contractors selected for award of this contract are expected to be good stewards of the environment by complying with federal, state and local environmental laws and other requirements such as medical center policy and project specifications.
