Pre-Solicitation This notice announces the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Veteran Readiness and Rehabilitation and Employment Division, VA Regional Office, 321 West Main St., Suite 390 Louisville, KY 40202 to issue a solicitation for Certified Professional Organizer Services which will be provided to a veteran participating in an Independent Living Program, residing in Fulton County, in the state of Kentucky. The services shall include the coordination of services between personal needed to de-clutter and clean the residence. Specific duties of the contractor shall be identified in the Performance Work Statement in the solicitation. The Solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Services to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541611 with a size standard of $15 Million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about August 09, 2021 on Contract Opportunities at http://beta.sam.gov. To be eligible for contract award, responding contractors must be verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business under the applicable NAICS code in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ registered in System for Award Management (SAM), and must a have a valid Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number.
