DESCRIPTION: This is a Sources Sought announcement. There is no RFP available at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Office (VARO) St. Petersburg, FL. 33744, is conducting market research to determine the existence of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business companies that can perform the following: resurfacing of two gravel parking lots with bituminous asphalt, and striping of parking stalls. To include the installations of curbs, gutters, trees, and new LED area lights on 25 square steel poles. This requirement will be competed as a set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310 and the small business size standard, applicable to this project is $39.5 Million. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: St. Petersburg, FL. 33744 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: In accordance with VAAR 836.204 (f)(1), the magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and a letter of interest to Eural Bennett via email to eural.bennett1@va.gov. As part of your capability statement please include any current or past contracts you have been awarded or the ability to obtain sufficient proof of capability for this type of contract. Any information provided is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
