The VBA intends to make a single (all or none), firm-fixed price award. The period of performance includes a base year and four (4), 12-Month consecutive option periods. This requirement will be competed as a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost or price and technical approach.
