Should install and Test be removed from CLIN 0002 since it is part of CLIN 0001 SOW to install and test to make sure system is working, and make CLIN 0002 for Training only? Contractors can structure the quote as they deem necessary as long it meets the requirements of the SOW and RFQ. Are drawings that show floor plans available? no basement layout available, available drawings will be emailed if needed to interested parties who confirmed intent to quote. Is PA cabling required to be in conduit 100% all the way?
