This is a pre-solicitation modification notice only. The Government has put this requirement on hold due to current policies involving COVID-19. Due to the complexity of this requirement it will require a Site Visit be conducted at the Saint Paul VA Regional Office. Current VA Policies in place due to COVID-19 will not allow for the required Site Visit to take place. This requirement is only on hold and is not canceled.
