The action will be awarded as a new firm-fixed priced contract with labor hours. The Boise Regional Benefit Office(VARO) owns an APC by Schneider Electric, Symmetra 20 kW, Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS) System. The UPS guarantees power and surge protections for the VARO s computer networks. Models supply battery backup during outages and unsafe voltage fluctuations, as well as provide protection from damaging surges and spikes. The last Preventative Maintenance(PM) determined that the system was due for its recommended Schneider Electric Service Modular Power Revitalization Service. The service provides a comprehensive on-site UPS refresh service for the Symmetra LX solutions to replace and upgrade UPS components, functional verification and system configuration. This ensures the protections of data and connectivity for the VARO s computer network The modification adds the Modular Power Revitalization Service to the existing PM contract 36C10E20P0266.
