STATEMENT OF WORK MAINTENANCE OF PITNEY BOWES MAIL EQUIPMENT TITLE: Maintenance of Pitney Bowes Mail Equipment and Meter Rental OBJECTIVE: The objective of this SOW is to provide maintenance and meter rental on a monthly basis to the Salt Lake City VA Regional Office 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide monthly maintenance and monthly meter rental to the following equipment. Monthly maintenance and rental for: Equipment: 1W00 Connect + Meter Serial number #1W00/1364436 Equipment: V=NV90 INVIEW SUBSCRIPTION Monthly Maintenance ONLY for Government Owned Equipment Equipment: STDSLA Relay 7000 Base Unit, Serial number F7OG/2201166 4-Feeder, Serial number F7T4/2208894 D1950 High Capacity Envelope Feeder, Serial number F7EF/3302767 Mail Stream Mono Printer Module, Serial number MPR1/0006326 70/149 lb Weighing Platform, Serial number MP/0027876 Connect+ 3000 Feeder, Serial number MSF3/0001992 SendPro P Series Power Stacker, Serial number MSPS/0001575 Technical services and Preventative Maintenance: The contractor shall provide maintenance and preventative maintenance for the equipment listed above. This shall include: Monthly routine maintenance to maintain high levels of equipment performances and address/prevent potential performance issues. Trouble calls- access to local technical support staff during normal business hours. If technical issues cannot be resolved either telephonically or on-line, the contractor shall provide a repair technician within 4 hours from the initial trouble call. If the call is made after noon, the service call shall be made by noon the following business day. The station shall coordinate the routine maintenance calls with the contractor. Period of Performance: This contract shall have a base plus four option years. Period of Performance as follows: Base Year April 1, 2019 - March 31, 2020 Option Year 1 April 1, 2020 March 31, 2021 Option year 2 April 1, 2021- March 31, 2022 Option year 3 - April 1, 2022 March 31, 2023 Option year 4 April 1, 2023 March 31, 2024 Holidays The contractor shall not be required to perform any maintenance services for the Government on any of the following Federal holidays: New Year s Day, Martin Luther King Jr s Birthday, Washington s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Additionally, the contractor will not be required to perform any services on those days designated by the Government where the office location is closed. The Government shall provide the contractor written or telephone notification in the event such an occasion arises. Security Clause: The Contractor will protect Government property from theft, destruction, or misuse. The Contractor is required to follow VA directives and handbooks on handling Federal Government IT equipment, information, and systems. The Contractor will not take VA sensitive information from the workplace without authorization from the Contracting Officer. The contractor shall be required to check in with the front desk/security and must have a contractors name badge visible on the outside of the shirt or jacket.
