The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Office (VARO) San Juan, Guaynabo PR. 00968, is conducting market research to determine the existence of companies that can perform the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to dismantle/remove/relocate the existing High-Density File System from Guaynabo PR. to our storage warehouse in Carolina PR. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Guaynabo, PR. 009668 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Space saver, Model: High-Density Eclipse Powered Storage System. Dismantling the system and labeling all their parts floor, rails, cables and shelves of existing file system Transportation of dismantled system from Guaynabo, PR to the warehouse in Carolina, PR. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and a letter of interest to Eural Bennett via email to eural.bennett1@va.gov. As part of your capability statement please include any current or past contracts you have been awarded or the ability to obtain sufficient proof of capability for this type of contract.
