The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, is seeking market information on a commercial off-the-shelf, web-based (possibly SaaS) retirement and benefits administration subscription service. The service would provide a centralized repository for VBA employee health, life, dental/vision, long-term care, flexible spending, workers’ compensation, pay and leave retirement, Thrift Savings Plan, and Social Security information. It is intended to replace local Excel-based tools, improve standardization across Human Resource Centers, reduce errors, and enhance retirement projection visibility.
