J063--Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Software Support Service for PACS and Surveillance in the San Diego VARO
The contract covers maintenance and software support for government-owned physical access control and CCTV systems at the VA Regional Office in San Diego and at a Moreno Valley location (23207 Sunnymead Blvd). Equipment includes Genetec and American Dynamics VideoEdge NVRs, 41 fixed IP cameras (33 in San Diego, 10 in Moreno Valley), 81 card readers, 9 iSTAR controllers, 7 power supplies, and 23 standby batteries. The contractor must provide semi-annual preventive maintenance visits covering both locations, with a four-hour on-site response for security emergencies and next-business-day response for other calls. All manufacturer software support and maintenance agreements are current through September 18, 2026. No equipment is being leased; this is maintenance and software support only.
