This contract requires a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, and supervision for preventative maintenance, inspections, and upgrades to the Physical Access Control System (PACS) at a specified Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office. The period of performance is one base year (12 months) with four optional one-year extensions. The first inspection must occur within 30 business days of the start date, with quarterly inspections thereafter, and two controlled power outages are required per period. The contractor must be an approved reseller and manufacturer-authorized technician for the installed PACS system. All contractor personnel must undergo a background investigation and receive a favorable adjudication before commencing work.
