The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue an RFP for Personalized Career Planning and Guidance services, to be competed as a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The work will be performed across four specified districts: Pacific, Continental, Southeast, and Northeast. The contract includes a base period of eight months plus four one-year options, with a minimum guaranteed amount of $25,000 and a maximum aggregate value of $9,000,000 per awardee. The Government anticipates the solicitation will be available on or about January 7, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated and awarded without discussions, so initial submissions must represent an offeror's best terms.
