This is a Pre Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing proposed contract action prior to the issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your offer will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on August 11 2025. The acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking to establish a Contract for a base and four one-year options for the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Benefits Administration Support Services Division Philadelphia PA Regional Office. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at the system for Award Management. All quotes and other documents required for the quote submittal including amendments to the request for quotes shall be submitted electronically. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. Registrations. In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management, Contracting Opportunities and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
