PRE-SOLICITATION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Veteran Readiness and Employment Division (VR&E), Detroit MI has a one-time requirement for the procurement of a power washer trailer with equipment and hoses. Competition will be set-aside for Small Business due to the Non-Manufacturer Rule under NAICS code 333310. Price evaluation of 10% will be given to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and 5% will be given to Veteran-Owned Small Businesses that can be verified in the SAM.gov The requirement will be posted to Contract Opportunities on or about February 3, 2025. Formal quotes will be due to the Contracting Office NLT Monday February 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at https://sam.gov/.
