PRE-SOLICITATION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Veteran Readiness and Employment Division (VR&E), Buffalo, NY has a one-time requirement for the procurement of customized vending machine equipment in support of VR&E Services. This will be an Unrestricted Solicitation with no Set-Asides used. Price evaluation of 10% will be given to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and 5% will be given to Veteran-Owned Small Businesses that can be verified in the Vendor Information Portal at https://www.vetbiz.va.gov.
