THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Benefits Administration, Phoenix VA Regional Benefit Office, 3333 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85012 has a requirement for web-based educational and vocational aptitude assessments. The applicable NAICS code is 513210. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses with a valid registration on the SBA s Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) and at the System for Award Management, website SAM.gov | Home under the vendors entity information. It is anticipated a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted at www.FBO.gov within four (4) days.
