Requirement is brand name (Snap-On Tools). Competition will be set-aside for Small Business due to the Non-Manufacturer Rule under NAICS code 332216. Price evaluation of 10% will be given to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and 5% will be given to Veteran-Owned Small Businesses that can be verified in the SBA VetCert database.
