The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), has a requirement for approximately 75 monthly quality control (QC) field audits of residential properties that are part of a nationwide portfolio maintained by a property management service contractor on behalf of the VBA. The requirement is to, on a monthly basis, conduct a QC inspection of the interior/exterior of a random sampling (as determined by the Government) of the VBA s REO portfolio to ensure the VBA s contractor is appropriately maintaining the VBA s REO portfolio. (see attached Statement of Work) The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541350.
