The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) intends to issue a RFP for Program Support Services (PSS). The VBA intends to award a maximum of three (3), firm-fixed-price, IDIQ Contracts, providing sufficient qualified contractors present offers. However, the government may award more than three if it is advantageous to the government. The period of performance includes a base year and four (4), 12-Month consecutive option periods. This requirement will be competed as a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Vendor s quote should contain the Vendor's best terms from a cost or price and technical approach. Applicable NAICS code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
