The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the performance work statement (PWS), except as may otherwise be specified. The Contractor shall provide DRMPlus and eDRM software maintenance, updates, and optimization of DRM Plus/eDRM to ensure compatibility with the VA’s Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) and VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) evolving data structures; Deliver technical support to VA IT professionals and end-users, ensuring rapid resolution of incidents and enhancement requests; Enhance interoperability between DRM Plus/eDRM and external systems, including VistA Imaging and the Oracle/Oracle Millennium EHR, to support VA’s; Develop and update training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure efficient use of DRM Plus/eDRM; Perform periodic updates to DRM Plus/eDRM User and Administrative Manuals to reflect changes in software functionalities; Provide continuous monitoring and reporting of software performance, including resolution of data inaccuracies, interface optimizations, and integration issues.
