VCS is conducting market research for IT support services requiring qualified personnel with expertise in project management, software sustainment, system development, and cybersecurity. The work would support sustainment, enhancements, modernization, and development of new systems or functionality in adherence to VA compliance requirements and industry best practices. The requirement is projected under NAICS 541519 with a $34 million size standard. This RFI is for planning only, imposes no obligation on the Government, and states that no funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received.
