TAC Federal Healthcare and Medical Device Cybersecurity Acquisition Training
VA’s Technology Acquisition Center is conducting market research via an RFI, not a solicitation, for live virtual instructor-led training on Federal Healthcare and Medical Device Cybersecurity Acquisition for GS-0801/0854 engineers, GS-1102 contracting professionals, and related program/business staff. Training must be delivered in real time via MS Teams, not pre-recorded, between October 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027, with no training during the fiscal fourth quarter. The course may not exceed 24 training hours total, can be one or multiple sessions, and is estimated at 20–25 students per class, covering VA healthcare/medical device fundamentals, cybersecurity risk, acquisition integration, vendor/manufacturer considerations, and Federal/VA requirements. Required deliverables include kick-off and schedule, curriculum/materials, attendee rosters, certificates of completion with CLPs, and post-course feedback surveys. Respondents should provide course details, min/max students, per-course and per-additional-student costs, and a 10-page capability statement, with training meeting Section 508 compliance and live technical support requirements.
