The multiple-award IDIQ has a 5-year ordering period and a shared maximum ceiling of $775.72 million across all awarded contracts. It provides commercial-off-the-shelf, cloud-based ambient scribe solutions using a SaaS delivery model with AI to transcribe clinical encounters, generate notes, and support other advanced functionalities. The solutions integrate with VA Electronic Health Record systems and workflows to support provider-initiated encounter recordings, reduce manual entry of patient identifying information, and enable automatic insertion of draft notes into the EHR.
