This is an amendment to a Request for Information for VA Procurement Policy Documentation Control Software. It provides an attached Q&A Part 2 containing questions the VA was able to address. All other terms and conditions of the RFI remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

This amendment to the VA’s Request for Information for Procurement Policy Documentation Control Software gives vendors additional time to review received questions and answers and to revise or submit their responses. Interested vendors should email their submissions to both Ana Subashi and Kendra Casebolt. Except as expressly amended, all other terms and conditions of the RFI remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

The VA issued an RFI for planning purposes to identify qualified vendors capable of providing contractor support to modernize and optimize its warehouse operations. The requirement seeks an enterprise-ready document control management solution to streamline the lifecycle of Standard Operating Procedures, forms, and related reference materials, with a draft Performance Work Statement/Product Description available. Respondents are asked to provide company information, a technical approach, relevant VA contract experience, recommendations on contract vehicle and draft requirements, and small-business set-aside/teaming details as applicable. Responses must be submitted via GSA, limited to six pages, with proprietary or confidential material clearly marked, and SDVOSB/VOSB firms must address 50% cost or prime-employee requirements if applicable. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation or binding contract, and participation is voluntary at the vendor’s expense.
