The VA Technology Acquisition Center intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Homefront Security, LLC, an SBA-certified SDVOSB, under the Veterans First Contracting Program for a Brand Name Pelco Enterprise Security System Upgrade. Performance will support the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System at the Margaret Cochran Corbin Campus, Brooklyn VA Medical Center, and St. Albans VA Medical Center Community Living Center. The work includes acquisition, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, documentation, warranty support, CCTV replacement/expansion, enterprise video analytics, inter-campus network connectivity, cellular alarm communicator replacement, and integration with the existing Pelco Video Management System. Delivery must be completed within 60 days of award, and installation, configuration, integration, programming, commissioning, testing, and documentation within 120 days of award.
