The VA is conducting market research via an RFI to identify qualified vendors for an in-person Industry Day on observability solutions operating at true enterprise scale. The VA seeks tools in network/infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring, AIOps/incident management, and multi-domain enterprise observability, with focus on scale, AI/agentic capabilities, FedRAMP roadmap, and competitive positioning. The Industry Day will take place September 9-10, 2026 at the VA Austin Information Technology Center, 1615 Woodward Street, Austin, TX. Interested vendors must submit an RFI response, and selected vendors will be invited to present a 55-minute session including a live demo of a pre-loaded VA-scale scenario. Participation is at each vendor's own expense.
