This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research to support the establishment of a centralized Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The VA seeks program management support to build governance, standardize processes, and coordinate activities for this enterprise-wide initiative. The period of performance would include a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. The work supports the Office of Information & Technology's End User Services to manage IT assets in response to growth from the PACT Act. The VA is asking potential respondents to describe their relevant experience, methodologies, and tools in large-scale federal ITAM programs.
