This requirement is for the renewal of eight brand-name Document Storage System (DSS) VistA Chemotherapy Manager (VCM) term software licenses with maintenance and support for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The software must interface with the VA's legacy VistA/CPRS electronic health record to pull patient data and send treatment information back to the patient's chart. Services will be performed for facilities within Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 23, including healthcare systems in Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and St. Cloud. The VCM software is a Windows-based decision support system designed to prevent medication errors by enabling seamless electronic interaction between oncologists and pharmacists. A firm-fixed-price Delivery Order has already been awarded to Minburn Technology LLC.
