The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from vendors capable of providing a digital health system to support the Venous Care Pathway, with the goal of standardizing care protocols for vascular ulcers across the VA Palo Alto and Minneapolis healthcare systems. The contractor will be responsible for full system implementation, including software installation, data migration, testing, deployment, training, and technical support for up to 2,000 patients. This requirement will be solicited under the NASA SEWP contract vehicle with no set-aside designation, open to all eligible vendors. Responses to this RFI are due by November 14, 2025, and should include a Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) for cost estimation. The performance locations are the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System in California and the Minneapolis VA Health Care System in Minnesota.
