The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center s intent to negotiate a firm-fixed-price sole source contract with WaveMark, Inc, 300 Bake Ave, STE 207, Concord, MA 01742-2131 for continued software maintenance, equipment maintenance, and technical support for VISN 10 WaveMark in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements . The equipment to be maintained is proprietary technology owned by WaveMark, Inc under Cardinal Health. There are no sources authorized by the manufacturer to maintain the equipment other than the manufacturer, WaveMark, Inc. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephonic inquiries will not be taken. However, if a party believes it can meet this requirement it must furnish information about its capability, as well as references from other customers who are using these services to the Contracting Officer by 01:30PM Eastern Time on Friday, October 31, 2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the required service. Responses received will be reviewed, however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. After the closing date and time of this notice, if no other substantiated sources are identified, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the sole source action.
