This notice is to provide industry with an update of the final acquisition strategy for Request for Information number 36C1025Q0550 for the Reducing Inappropriate Polypharmacy at the Department of Veterans Affairs requirement. The acquisition strategy for this effort shall be full and open. The Request for Proposal shall be issued via Contracting Opportunities. Please be advised that prospective offerors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Having only a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) may not suffice. The Government must be able to identify socio-economic data, representation and certification, and other offeror information.
