AMENDMENT 0001 Title: Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Integration Office (IO), Systems Integration (SI) Support The Government desires feedback specifically on the attached DRAFT PWS Set Aside Status: To Be Determined Points of Contact: Contracting Officer: Stefanie Applegate, Stefanie.Applegate@va.gov Contract Specialist: John Sangalang, john.sangalang@va.gov Contracting Office: 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown NJ, 07724 Purpose: The purpose of this announcement is to provide the draft PWS for the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Integration Office (IO), Systems Integration (SI) Support procurement to facilitate industry feedback. A determination has not been made regarding the Set Aside strategy for this procurement. Acquisition planning is not yet complete. Changes to the attached PWS are anticipated prior to the release of a formal Request for Proposal. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Only electronic responses to this announcement will be accepted. Description: For this acquisition, the contractor is required to provide comprehensive program management and technical support for the VA’s EHRM IO. Requirements Include: Contractor Project Management Plan Program Management Support Functional Support Implementation Support Exit Strategy (Optional Task) End-Of-Life Planning See attached PWS for more details. Instructions: This is NOT a solicitation. Proposals are NOT requested, and the Government is NOT accepting proposals at this time. This DRAFT PWS titled “P09 - Draft PWS 7.31.2025 EHRM IO” is posted for industry review and are subject to change prior to their official release of any resultant solicitation. The purpose of the release of this draft document is to facilitate an improved understanding of the Government requirements and to obtain industry feedback. Communications with anyone other than the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist are prohibited. Those contractors interested in participating in this potential effort and desiring to provide value added feedback on the draft PWS are requested to submit written feedback or questions regarding the draft document via email to John Sangalang at John.Sangalang@va.gov and Stefanie Applegate, Stefanie.Applegate@va.gov. Responses are requested no later than August 5, 2025 at Noon EST. When submitting questions/comments/concerns please do not include an overview of your company/business, please do not restate how your company/business can complete the task differently or better. Please submit only questions/comments to help the Government enhance the DRAFT PWS. . If any resultant solicitation is released in the future, OFFERORS SHOULD REVIEW THE RFP IN ITS ENTIRETY, as the contents of the included PWS are anticipated to be changed from the draft version herein.
