Pursuant to FAR 8.405-2(c)(3)(iii)(B) and consistent with the market research appropriate to the circumstances, the RFQ has been directly provided to a subset of schedule contractors to reasonably ensure that quotes will be received from at least three contractors that can fulfill the requirements in lieu of posting the RFQ to eBuy. The ordering activity will provide the RFQ to any schedule contractor who requests a copy of it in accordance with FAR 8.405-2(c)(04), however, only Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) verified SDVOSBs will be eligible for award.
