The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Miami, Florida, MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT VHA: Meds is seeking to identify any vendor capable of providing Viewpoint VP Licenses Echo Software per the PD Statement below. This Sources Sought notice provides an opportunity for respondents if any to submit their capability and availability to provide the requirement described below. Vendors are encouraged to submit information relative to their capabilities to fulfill this requirement, in the form of a statement that addresses the specific requirement identified in this Sources Sought. Information received from this Sources Sought shall be utilized to facilitate the Contracting Officer s review of the market base, for acquisition planning, size determination, and procurement strategy. The ultrasound machine upgrade is necessary due to the outdated OS on current machines. Moreover, these ultrasound machines offer improved resolution and framerates over existing machines that will allow us to evaluate more complex cases in greater detail; however, for all these features to be realized the software packages within this request are essential. Training will also be required for sonographers and physicians to be able to operate these machines efficiently, effectively, and to maximize their utility.
