The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) is seeking capable Contractors to provide a COTS Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that allows bi-directional communication between 160 patient facility accounts and the central office. Solution must be configured to meet VA specific requirements. The solution must coordinate the lifecycle of laboratory accreditation and CLIA certificate process, including housing VA standards, entry of audit findings, facility responses to non-conformances, uploading of supporting documentation, award letters, CLIA application entry and management, and workflow process. Responses are due 8-21-2023 at 1:00PM EST.

The Government is seeking capable Contractors that can provide a Commercial off the shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that allows bi-directional communication between 160 patient facility accounts and the central office. Solution must be configured to meet Veteran Affairs (VA) specific requirements. The solution must coordinate the lifecycle of laboratory accreditation and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) certificate process, including housing VA standards, entry of audit findings, facility responses to non-conformances, uploading of supporting documentation, award letters, CLIA application entry and management, and workflow process. The Government intends to solicit this acquisition Unrestricted/Open Market via SAM.gov Contracting Opportunities. To be eligible for award, solutions proposed in the upcoming solicitation will be required to be COTS SaaS solutions with no additional development or coding required to meet the Government s requirement.
