COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and an additional solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation 36C10B23R0017 is issued as a Request for Proposal. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 (iv)Solicitation will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small (OSDBU) set-aside and use NAICS code 541519 with associated business size standard of $34M. (v) See attached Solicitation Price Schedule for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options). (vi) See Performance Work Statement of Solicitation for a description of requirements for the items to be acquired. (vii) Dates and places of delivery and acceptance are listed in the Price Schedule of Solicitation. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, “Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services” and Solicitation Provision E11, “Proposal Submission Instructions” applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services”, and Solicitation Provision E10, “Basis for Award” which includes the specific evaluation criteria to be used for this acquisition. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, “Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services”. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services” applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services” applies to this acquisition.
