Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown NJ intends to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for the procurement of Brillians (formerly, SupraVISTA) software license, Technical Support and End User Training. The Brillians software is a cognitive support system which works with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) s Veterans Health Information System Technology Architecture (VistA) system. The TAC intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price (FFP) contract with a period of performance consisting of a 12-month base period, plus two (2) 12-month option periods to be exercised at the Government s discretion for continue Brillians subscription renewal, inclusive of technical support and training resources to SupraVISTA Medical DSS, LLC, 514 Maon RD, Farnham, Virginia 22460-2301, United States, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled, Only Once Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Based on market research analysis, the Government s technical experts determined that only SupraVISTA Medical DSS, LLC was technically capable to execute the requirements. Brillians software is in use by VHA, in live patient care settings, since 2006. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 513210 Software Publishers with a size standard of $41.5M. The estimated date of award for this action is December 15, 2022. This notification shall close on December 8, 2022.
